Carryline’s conveyor systems are built up from easy-to-assemble modules. The modules/components can be combined in various ways. This makes it easy to modify any system when the need arises. Thus, your system can adapt and grow in line with your production!
Carryline’s conveyor systems are easy to assemble using ordinary hand tools. Our aluminium conveyors require no welding. Changes can thus be made with no impact on satisfaction of requirements in respect of a clean environment. Installation is always rapid and simple. Similarly, you can always modify your system quickly and easily.
As a rule, systems are supplied ready assembled. This reduces both installation time and costs. Furthermore, it gives the customer the opportunity to see and test the equipment before delivery. Of course, Carryline’s conveyor systems can be easily adapted to existing production lines.
Carryline’s standard conveyor system is available in 6 different widths. The system is based on stainless steel or anodised aluminium profiles. The articulated conveyor chain is normally plastic, but a steel variant can also be supplied.
Aluminium: Chains run in extruded aluminium profiles that are made using our own dies. These profiles are anodised to ensure good corrosion resistance. Our chains do not need to be lubricated. Consequently, our systems are excellent for environments where there are stringent cleanliness requirements.
Stainless steel: Is used primarily in foodstuffs production where cleanliness requirements are stringent or where conveyors have to be flushed and washed.
Plastic: Our chains are injection moulded in our own equipment. Polyoxymethylene (POM – also known as acetal) is the standard material for our chains, but other plastics can be used to meet specific needs. Our chains normally have stainless steel pins. However chains can also be manufactured entirely of plastic. The system can then be used in combination with metal detectors and not give false alarms.
Vertical conveyors: We offer a wide range of different types of vertical conveyors.
Wider chains: We also manufacture conveyor belts and modular conveyor belts. Here, the width of the belt can be adapted to your needs. These conveyor types are also based on Carryline’s standard profile system.
We ourselves make virtually all the components in our system. As regards both quality and the manufacturing process, this gives us full control of quality in all phases. We thus have full certainty that we deliver high-quality products. Another positive consequence is that we can fine-tune delivery times.
In-house manufacture also means that we can be very flexible in making adaptations to each customer’s specific needs. If a component needs to be modified, or even designed and manufactured, we do it. We quite simply design and make the tools necessary to manufacture new components. Customer-specific solutions are not a problem for us!
